I visited Mallorca with some of my best friends last week and, as usual, here are some of the pics I have taken and a bunch of ideas on what to do on the island.
Aerial view of Mallorca, few minutes before landing. I love the dramatic look of this picture, although it was a bit scaring while on the plane! The sky was completely dark until few seconds before and this was just in the afternoon.

Mallorca is part of the Balearic Islands in Spain and is one of the most common tourist destinations in Europe. Astonishingly, the first language in most restaurants and hotels is not Spanish but… German! However, if you speak Spanish, you should be able to get your piece of authentic local experience.
The largest city of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is renowned for its vibrant nightlife and offers hundreds of good options for eating, drinking and dancing. But this is not the end of the story: few kilometres from Palma de Mallorca you will find pristine water and sandy beaches where to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate of the island.
